Wow! Can't Beat the Price for this Unit!
I received the box from UPS at around 5 PM. It was a refurbished unit, so the box had a couple of dents and dings. A bit worried, I carefully documented the container and then slowly started removing the tape off of the box.

Vizio customer service is poor
This 42" TV is nice (barring the sound cutting out), but the customer service is absolutely bad. I have had a sound problem for 2 months now. Everytime I call Vizio they add something on for me to do, before they will authorize a repair call. I have called 5 times now and what they are asking... Read full review »
