Vizio VA19LHDTV10T 19" LCD TV

Absolutely love this TV. I got it for a college dorm and it works perfectly. Its big enough for us to play XBox on it and great for just hanging out and watching TV. It was supper easy to set up and the manual was helpful but easy to understand without help from it. It was as simple as just going to the main menu and selecting scan channels to set up the cable.
The picture quality is great for the size of TV. There are two HDMI ports which are great because we can have a blue-ray player and the XBox 360 hooked up so it all works at once and there is no need for changing cables to switch out and there are plenty of AV ports to allow the hook up of other imputs.
It can change the settings, however that is a simple task of going to the menu and seeing which settings you prefer in the enviroment you are using the TV.
Over all this TV is one of the best TVs I have used for its size.
