Highly recommend. Good image, big screen
I wanted to get the most screen size for the dollar, and after spending countless hours reading reviews and tech spec, I went for this one. I can definitely say I’m glad I did. This has been a great TV. People always debate DLP vs LCD vs Plasma, for me number 1 priority was getting the most screen size for the money. So if you have the room I would highly recommend this TV. As far as image quality: This TV has 1080i, and puts out a great quality image. While I’m sure there will be more in the future: the fact is theres so little 1080p content that you won’t miss it. Plus at the 1080 level, the image is so good the difference is minimal in my opinion. Also a nice benefit of the DLP is the split screen, which is great for watching 2 games, or watching TV while playing a game. And just for awe factor, you can always channel surf 9 stations at once. I've owned it for almost 4 yrs now and have never had a problem. The lamp has just beginning to tell me it needs to be replaced, but since it's had 4yrs of very heavy use, I can't complain.
