Mitsubishi Diamond WD-62825 62 in. HDTV DLP TV

I have had my television for over three years, when the television is operational, the picture quality is great. The problem is, I have had to replace the DM module twice in less than 9 months! The price of this repair is $600. The second time it failed was less than 9 months after the initial failure. I have been waiting over 2 months for the part this time. I have called Mitsubishi and wasted long hours on hold only to be told the part is back ordered. Mitsubishi has put me on expedited shipment only to be told two days later that the shipment has not come in and it will be another 28 days expected arrival.The repair shop has 6 of these DM modules on back order. There appears to be a problem with these televisions as they age. Mitsubishi customer service replies there is no known problem with this module in this television. The other problem is the customer support (or lack of) when you call customer service you are repeatedly placed on hold for periods of over 45 minutes. When you tire of waiting you are allowed to leave your number and hours later the call is returned. If you happen to miss the call, you have to go back and start at the first step.I will never purchase a Mitsubishi product again.
