Wasp WPL606 Label Printer

This printer worked well for the first 2 months but has been a constant headache since then. It is very temperamental with constant problems sensing the paper. After repeated, daily problems trying to get it to print, we finally sent it in for warranty repair. After about 4 days, we were told that they can't find anything wrong with the printer so they send it back. Once it came back, it has continued to be a problem with constant "paper jam" and "no paper" errors when clearly there is paper and it is not jammed. Even after all these problems, I was never able to get WASP to replace it or do anything except have us ship it back again for warranty repair service, which would have been a wast of time, like the first time. Besides their poor customer service and poor product, the software wasn't much to speak of either. We also had their biometric time clock which stopped reading fingerprints after about 3-months of use. I will never buy another WASP Technologies product again.
