Defective
I have owned this TV for 1 week and it has frozen up and stopped working 3 times. You have to unplug it and plug it in again to get it to work. Aside from that I really liked the TV, but I am returning it because I don't want to have a TV that stops working randomly, who would? Read full review »

Refurbised - Be aware if needing warranty repair
I bought this unit refurbished at Buy.com. It failed after 1 week. The screen became garbled when I was setting up the channels, and it stopped responding to the buttons on the remote and on the set itself. I had to unplug it. Good with a few problems
Just bought at Target for $499. Picture and sound are good.
Biggest negative, the channel display is very small and you have to have very good vision to see what channel you are on.
Also the remote does not always register and that coupled with it hard to see the channels makes...

horrible customer service
Buyer beware. The Westinghouse customer service department has done an extremly poor job since my TV stopped working almost two months ago. As of today they still have no idea when I will be getting the TV back. No one at their customer service center has been helpful at all. Read full review »
Defective sound card
I sold tv's for a while at Sam's Club. We probably sold 80-90 of these tv's while i worked there. 75% of these came back within a day or two with comments about the kung-fu like sound quality.
