Pros Sound quality beyond its size and price range, well-finished, very compact.
Cons A little too much glue here and there, inconsistent finish near center of drivers.
Recommended it? Yes

This review is of the WH-2 center channel speaker only; the WH-2 series from Wharfedale includes a surround (rear) speaker, and a center channel speaker.

Pros Well built, quite acceptable sound quality, easy to mount, LOW price.
Cons Difuse Bipole design not the best for music programs, treble sounds a little plasticy.
Recommended it? Yes

It's important to note that the WH-2 line from Wharfedale includes a 10" powered subwoofer and a shielded Center as well as the product I'm reviewing here, the Bipolar Surrounds.

Pros Very good quality - affordable - underpriced for what they are.
Cons None
Recommended it? Yes

Bipole surround speakers are sort of like two speakers in one. Triangular, both sides facing outward have their own speaker, resulting in a wider dispersion of sound, better imaging and immersion. Almost always, these speakers cost a pretty penny.
