Poor design leads to poor quality
Good detector but the plastic mechanism that holds the window bracket in place broke into multiple pieces after about 2 weeks. Now radar detector does not stay in window at all times. not bad for a refurbished product
I purchased my Whistler detector at the Expomart in Monroeville. It was a refurbished product, so I was not sure whether it would be worthwhile or not. I have had plenty of time to observe it, though, while searching for problems that might have arisen from its being a refurbished product.

Great Radar!
I was very impressed w/ this model of detector. I initially bought it at a Costco in my area for under a $100.00 dollars, and it has saved me from a ticket on many occasions. I though it was a good detector!!
I had bought this radar detector over a year ago and really liked it up to a week ago. This radar is supposed to have the ability to jam the signal of a patrol car that has radar detector detector device. Well this simply does not work at all. Good Deal
Sleek design, Detects almost everything (including those annoying security systems) however the warning isnt all that great as far as how far away it tells you id go with the top of the line whistler because they give you a little more time to slow down. but if your a sticlker for price, then stick...
