Very Satisfied!!!
Pros
Great price, stylish, Blue LED, voice alert, performs well.
Cons
The mounting bracket suction cup thing didn't work out well. The non-slip pad is better.

The Bottom Line:
If you want to buy in at the $100-$200 and want the best features you can get for the money, buy this detector. I have not been disappointed.
I did the usual internet research, read the reviews, the spec's. I knew I needed the Bel Pro Rx65 or the Escort 8500 X50, but they're just too pricey. The Whistler Pro 73 seemed to nudge close enough to all the spec's on the higher priced units so I took a chance.
I drive 25 miles each way to work on country commuter roads with several 30mph speed trap zones. I didn't buy this detector so that I could speed, but so that I would pay attention and not drift to a more normal speed of 40-45mph on these roads and pay wa-zoo.
This detector has performed. It's a tall order to detect radar on curvy, hilly, tree-lined roads with very limited unobstructed visibility ranging from 50 to 200 yards. This thing sees around corners. I get mostly K and Ka band alerts and they're real.
The LED is fine, only has trouble in direct sunlight, but that has proven to be something probably less than 1% of the time. I like the voice alert and the user interface. Comes with a nice non-slip pad that adds a little class to the dashboard and works great.
I'm completely happy with this detector, especially for the price!
