If You Didn't Like ActiveHome, Don't Try Pro

ActiveHome Pro is, without a doubt, the worst software ever perpetrated on the public...it's bad even by X10 standards!
The download process is abysmal and takes a long, long time with multiple steps. The final program can't even be reduced from full-screen, Windows navigation conventions (like ability to type first letter of drop-down scroll lists) don't work, drag-and-drop is disabled, and most simple options (line ON 30 minutes before Dawn, OFF 30 minutes after Dawn) are prohibited.
X10 clearly hired a novice high schoold student to program this P.O.S.
I'm eager for a better alternative to X10, from a company that clearly places importance on their revenue WA-A-AY higher than customer satisfaction.
As to qualifications, I've been in the computer industry from programmer to CEO for over 45 years. I've seen it all, but never quite this bad!
