The Bottom Line:
I purchased these speakers on eBay for $60.00, you can't beat that. They are awesome for the price!
I just received these speakers and I think they are great! I paid $60 (new) for them on eBay, they are selling online for $150. So I got a great deal. They sound great and are a big upgrade from the set that came with my computer. Some of the features include 80W of power (20W from each Satellite and 40W from the subwoofer), separate volume controls for the satellites and the subwoofer, separate power switch for both, plug-in for headphones (mutes the other speakers when plugged in), magnetic shielding to keep from distorting the monitor, USB connection, 1 year warranty, nice looking, and the bass is surprisingly powerful. Some cons, the cords are not real long, USB connection was a little hard to get going, and the subwoofer is quite large. The cons really are not a big deal though.
System requirements
At least Windows 98 and USB (Says they can be hooked up analog but I don't see how)
CD-ROM
200 Mhz or higher
10mb of hard drive space
They can be purchased in black or white.
Overall this is a great set of speakers and if you can find them at a great price like I did on eBay it makes the deal even sweeter. I really enjoy the sound they put out.
