If you buy one of these from Circuit City, be sure to buy a Cityadvantage Protection Plan. I bought one of these for my self & one for my son. Both failed within the first year. They seemed unable to track videos which were taped on the machine. Mine failed first & thinking it was a fluke I bought another with the Cityadvantage Protection Plan refund. Then My son's unit had the same problem. A while later my second VCR had the very same failure. As you can expect I will not purchase the same unit again.
