But to Boss Hog's (Sorrell Booke) dismay, they've been replaced by Bo and Luke's cousins Coy (Byron Cherry) and Vance Duke (Christopher Mayer), who arrive in town to help Uncle Jesse (Denver Pyle) run his farm. Bo and Luke's absence is explained-- they've joined the NASCAR circuit--but things remain essentially the same in Hazzard County, as Coy and Vance fulfill their absent cousins' roles of thwarting Boss Hog's devious deeds at every available opportunity.
