eMachines T5226 PC Desktop

Machine has broken for the fifth time since its purchase in July 2007.They refuse to replace machine dispite stating they usually do so at the 3rd break down. fourth repair was incomplete; now they want me to give them a $75 credit for them to send me a replacement part for me to put in. A part that should have been replaced at the 4 th repair; they will then have tme send the old part back in 7 days or I will be charged the $75.There is no assurance that they will not randomly charge me the whole $75. Only an idiot would agree to that. They don't completely read the e-mails sent to them. Machine blue screened black screened the first 3 repairs. It blacked screened and the DVD/CD drive would not work the 4th repair. It now black screens at random and then has to be restarted. DVD/CD burner was not repaired and has never worked and has never been repaired. A total disaster for me so far. I CONSIDER THEIR WARRENTY PROGRAM TO BE OBVIOUSLY TOTALLY WORTHLESS
purchas was made from Best Buy who were less than competent. I took it to them three times. The last time I had to ask for the machine to be reurned to me . It took them fifteen minutes to find it. Obviosly it had not even been looked at. They would not even give me the address of e-machine to contact
