ILO-3200 32" LCD TV

I bought the 32" lcd and it worked great, the picture quality was good but after 6 months it just died as we were watching it. The first person I talked to was real nice but the second person I talked was as rude as they come ( what do you want me to do get in my car and come get it ) yes that really is what he asked me. Do not ever get any product from this company.

Update on this T.V. it took 2 weeks to get the paperwork to mail the tv out but in the companys defense it was during the holidays. I mailed it back the friday after x-mas and to my surprise I recieved a new tv yesterday. I took the tv back to walmart and they exchanged it for a Sanyo 32" lcd. I wiil let you know how that works out. I still think the Ilo tv sucks but the company really surprised me.
