Don't Expect Customer Service

Pros Really tricked out, nice and thin. Good accessories.
Cons Customer service sucks beyond belief.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  I can't recommend it. For that kind of money I want a flawless product and great support.
Pros: It's loaded, that's for sure. And, when it's working, it's great. However, I received a faulty remote and the customer service couldn't be worse. I am going to have to return the whole thing because they were so unhelpful.

Cons: To elaborate on the above, the remote on my player is spotty. Sometimes it works just fine and sometimes it doesn't. Same for the car radio adapter. When I contacted the support, they didn't get back to me for A WEEK (the website says it would be no more than two days). The only thing they said was to send them my purchase information and they would send me further instructions. So I immediately sent them the information and didn't hear back from them FOR ANOTHER WEEK. At this point, they said that I would have to ship the faulty remote back to them (at my expense) and they would not replace it until they they'd received it. Nothing was even said about the adapter. So I'm supposed to pay to have a faulty remote replaced AND have to be without it for however long it takes them to get around to sending me a new one? When I responded to say that I found that unacceptable, they acted like they'd never heard from me before (even though all the responses are in a thread) and gave me the same "send us your purchase information and we'll get back to you with instructions..." email. I responded, AGAIN, didn't hear from them for days, then received another email about shipping the faulty remote back before they would send me a new one. I cannot believe it. I first contacted them on April 21, it is now May 13 and I am no closer to a solution than I was before. So buy this product if you want, but don't expect to get anything resembling customer service if you have a problem.
