It uses Fine Ceramic Armor metal particles and a specialized calendaring process to provide high levels of output, low noise and low error rates. A durable binder system keeps the tape stable even in extreme environments. It has a high precision cassette shell to make recording in extreme environments possible. The long term storage characteristics of the tape ensure the preservation and stability of extended archiving.
