The Nokia E71 has a lot of features that all business people would enjoy. Its got e-mail, texting an even IM. A lot of apps can be used and most arecompatible with the phone. You can use skype and even receive calls from yahoo and skype. If you have a VOIP, you can configure it to receive calls using the E71. As for the keyboard, it's pretty small so, those with bigger hands might not be too comfortable and texting or typing with it may be hard. I have small fingers, so it works perfectly. The screen resolution is amazing. It's bright, that I only use 60% of the brightness. You can also use google maps and GPS. The only negative would be the picture quality. The camera is mediocre and the speakers when listening to music is really not as good than the others. However, the call quality is very clear. This is a great phone for businessmen alike.
