Buyer Beware - Terrible Buy!

I wanted to send pictures/videos to my family through email. So, I purchase this camcorder thinking it's a good buy - it's not. In order to get the setup file for the camcorder, I had to go on the Panasonic website to download it. When I downloaded the setup file, it told me that it was incompatible with my Operating System (I have Windows XP!) So, I called customer support and they basically told me that there is nothing that they can do...I should call my OS Support. Why would I call my OS support when I'm trying to get the driver for THEIR camera? They need to either upgrade their driver for this camcorder or discontinue this product. I'm never purchasing another Panasonic product again.
