Hewlett Packard Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer

So, I bought this for my home office a few months back and still have not been able to use it! I consider myself pretty computer savvy and I have always been able to fix any problem I had dealing with my computer but this item has caused me nothing but trouble. After finally figuring out to install the printer to my HP computer I went on the long voyage of trying to actually install the software so that I could print something out...Needless to say; maybe my box was missing something but the CD the printer demands I insert was not found in my box. Pretty simple solution would be to call the company and get a new one...You would think this would be easy; but not only can I not find a replacement but no one in tech support seems to be able to help me. Needless to say I still have not been able to print anything; though I can say that it does copy things. If you're looking for a copier than this printer is great if you're looking for a printer go somewhere else. It still sits next to my desk, collecting dust and I hope to one day be able to use it. Perhaps, one day I'll actually get a hold of someone who can simply send me the software so the printer will print what I'm telling it to. Good luck and I hope you still have your receipt if you've already bought it! Otherwise you're in for a world of frustration.
