Hate it! Nothing but problems.

Very SLOW compared to my Epson All in One. Color not great.

Have had nothing but problems since I purchased this printer. It's been a year and I'm returning it for a replacement before my Warranty expires because intermittent issues are escalating.
These include:
1) Intermittent jamming
2) Improper feeding. This has also been intermittent. If I print one copy it shoots out 1 to 2 pages before printing. This has caused a waste of paper and ink, not to mention expensive letterhead paper.
3) Have had dfficulty removing & replacing ink cartridges.
4) Utility has been difficult to access. No warning when you are running low on ink. Epson "All In One" was much more convenient in this regard.
5) Tech support takes FOREVER. Long waiting and then after I answered all the cumbersome questions I was disconnected more than once. It took over 3 hours and 3 different days to trouble shoot and get a replacement. Finally I got a decent Tech on the last day.
