Good riddance HP. I just bought an Epson.

Pros None.  HP sucks.
Cons Poor quality paper feed mechanism.  Can't reach all rollers to clean.  Slow.  Expensive ink.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  Don't buy this or any other HP printer.  This is my second and last photosmart.  Poor build quality designed to break after the warranty ends.  Expensive ink.
I found all the previous complaints to be accurate with my printer.  I'm very soured to HP.  This is my second photosmart.  They should have called it photobomb due to poor design.  I should have recognized the frequent paper feed problems from day one.  Initially the duplexer cut paper as it fed it through.  HP mailed me another one and this solved the problem.  Defective workmanship.  After the warranty expired the printer developed paper feed errors and left black marks on paper.  One of the internal rollers couldn't be reached to clean with alcohol so it had to be sent in.  I was saved only by a Staples warranty but this turned out to be garbage.  The printer repair sent me another refurbished printer which broke the day after the 90 day warranty for the unit expired.  The problem was, of course, paper feeding.  As others noted, it can't grip the paper and keeps saying out of paper.  Aside from this the ink is expensive and runny should you get any water on it.   Since I had a squaretrade warranty on the refurb.  Square tried to get out of the warranty by saying that I had overstated the price and that it was a refurb.  I rebutted that I had overpaid for the warranty based on that price and that I had declared it was a refurb and their rep accepted it so I was entitled to use it.  Square went from offering a $30 refund to settling at $170 rather than having to repair this lemon model again and again.  I don't blame them.

HP has completely soured me to their printers.  I just bought an Epson NX515 to replace it.

I think HP has become the new Lexmark of poor quality.
