Not Worth It At All
This came preset with my old laptop that was "Vista Compatible" and not certified. Since it is the first OS to actually utilize the GPU in everyday computing (GPGPU) it takes resources away just to make the interface look nice. Not ultimate at all
I had this ultimate edition when I bought my PC desktop. The word "Ultimate" was one of the reasons why I chose thsi among other version of Vista.
