Pros: Great machine, great OS, Macintosh rules
Cons: "Nordstrom service" expectations, "Wal-Mart returns line" results
The Bottom Line: Great product. HORRIBLE physical and warranty support. Buy this product from a reseller with an in-house warranty. Don't suffer through Apple's "blame game".

Pros: Portability, usability, professional level capability, style, Windows capable.
Cons: The machine itself: none. Mac OS: less software available
