Used (2) $20.00 certificates to purchase two books. Order summary shows that $40.00 should be applied to total of $34.81. However, customer service says their policy is to only accept one certificate per order. Well, their order processing system presented no errors and let me apply both certificates. In fact even their own order summary shows that both should have been applied to the total. However, they proceeded to only apply 1 certificate and charge the difference. Additionally, they refuse to acknowledge that there system is flawed and honor what they system is telling consumers.
