I've been doing most of my shopping at Amazon.com for my November wedding and it's been a lifesaver.

When I go into my account to track a package, it has a copy of your entire order, an estimated delivery date, how much was charged on your credit card, the item along with a picture.

When I log in, on the top there are quick links to my account, my shopping cart, my lists. There are also recommendations for other products I should purchase after I've viewed other items.

I can also go to my personalized amazon.com and see my order history, track packages.

Order accuracy

The orders I place and then later check in my order list, are always correct. I've never found any mistakes and the orders arrive exactly how I expect.

The quantities and colors are always exactly what I ordered.

Delivery speed
The speed of delivery is fast. The shipment is always delivered within the estimated delivery time. Once it ships, you will get an email along with the tracking number. It confirms the number of items, the shipping address, and how it was shipped, like my veil was shipped standard.

How the package arrives
The packages is always delivered in perfect condition. Nothing has ever come damaged and the boxes have never been squished or spilled on.

Customer service and help
I've never needed to use customer service, but I have found the help page to hold tons of information. There is so much information on that page, I don't believe you'll ever need to contact customer service.

You can fill out a form online and contact them by email. Or if you prefer contact by phone, there is a pop up where you fill in your phone number and when you would like to be contacted.

All in all, I love this site because it is very organized, easy to navigate, and I know my information immediately when I need it. I can track the package once it leaves and know exactly when to start looking for it.

Another thing that I like is that it remembers your past orders. For instance, over a year ago, I ordered several Dora the Explorer books for my daughter, and every time I log back in, it recommends more Dora books. It also has other pictures of suggested bridesmaids dresses.

I would recommend this to any bride to be, and anyone else!
