I have used Amazon for a long time and for various things but mainly school books. I have found that their delivery speed is actually a little slow, their customer service however is pretty good and upgraded my shipping to overnight when I complained about shipping times. My orders have never been wrong and the products have always come in good shape. The free shipping over 25 dollars is really nice and actually is what usually guarantees me receiving the best price from Amazon compared to other sellers. The products on the site are pretty good but some selection is lacking at times. I like that you can buy used items or certain items from other sellers on that site but at times it can be time consuming. Multiple times I have bought something from a seller on Amazon only to have my money refunded a few days later and be told that they no longer have the item, which can be frustrating. If you have time to shop around and to wait for shipping it is a nice site. Also if you wish to have packages shipped to other locations it is a nice feature that Amazon has. I use this often for sending family members that live far away presents so not only am I getting a good price but I do not have to ship a box or go to the post office. Overall, especially for textbooks amazon is great for their pricing and selection.
