The bottom line: This is my favorite place to shop. They are the best at product availabiltiy, items, and fast shipping. Very affordable with great sales.
I love to shop on line but I have to say that Amazon.com is my favorite store to order from. I have shopped here so many times that it would be impossible to list how many purchases that I've made through them. I've ordered everything from toys, to books, to movies, to a DVD player, and kitchen items.


I do a lot of reward programs on line and luckily most of them carry Amazon.com gift certificates that I can turn my points into. Shopping with a gift certificate here is the best experience yet that I've had using gift certificates. They send them quickly (I've bought them from them for gifts for other people). They are simple to use. They show your balance immediately when you put one in. Most of them are stackable (so you can use many gift certificates for one purchase). You can also store your gift certificates so when you get them you just add them to your account so you can shop later. I love this feature.

Their shipping charges are fantastic. They have low shipping charges. Every time I've ordered I just use the standard ground shipping. I've always gotten immediate confirmations for my orders. They e-mail me again when my item is shipped. They supply tracking information and a link to view the details of the tracking. My items are always either sent out the same day that I place my orders or by morning.

Amazon.com had outlet stores and they always have super sales. Free shipping on some items is wonderful. I got a lot of Christmas shopping done last month when every toy in their outlet had free shipping. They still have some items in the toy outlet that have free shipping! Every Friday they have a large sale. They offer coupons like $5.00 off of a $35.00 purchase. I've seen free shipping offers. I go to www.dealprovider.com to check for amazon.com coupons and discounts. They always have a list.

Amazon.com had very great prices. I comparision shop constantly and their prices are the best and can hold their own against every store I check. I've found that most times their toys, books, and DVD prices are less expensive than other on line stores. They teamed with toys r us and with borders.com book stores so they have a fantastic selection. Probably the best on line.

Their customer support is fantastic. Every time I've had a question and e-mailed them, they have responded within hours and they were helpful e-mails that answered my questions (not automatically sent like some stores do with a lift of faq's). Another great feature they have is that if an item is out of stock they have a 'e-mail me when this item is in stock'. I've used this feature often and have always gotten notified when the item came in. I just love them. You can't go wrong with Amazon.com in my epinion. I also have to make one last note of their search engine. The best. They have product reviews from Amazon.com and from shoppers. You can put in your own review of a product to share with others. It's nice to be able to read them before you make a purchase. They are right there and very easy to access.
