I love amazon.com! It's incredible that they have become such a huge force, and I can see why. They have incredibly fast delivery, competitive prices, fantastic in order accuracy, great customer service, and I am always very satisfied!

I started using amazon.com when it started. They began with lots of books; everything I couldn't find in a bookstore, I could find there. Then, they began to sell other items, too, but cheaper than in stores. Before long, to add to their great service, they began to have free shipping on orders over $25. Why would anyone buy items anywhere else?

To add to the great prices, Amazon has the best shipping services. They accurately track where your order is and where it is shipping from. Though the shipping estimated time is usually about a week, I've found that the item has always arrived ahead of time. For example, I ordered an iPod touch on a Friday, and it arrived on the next Monday! Great service!

Lastly, I would have to say that their customer service is excellent. One time, I used a Borders gift card for my order, but they still charged the amount to my credit card. I called to ask about it, and they asked for me to call the Borders people in order to see if the gift card was really used. I called Borders, confirmed the usage of the card, and called amazon back. Without any questions asked, they said that they were sorry for the mistake and refunded the money back to my account. Though they did make a mistake in this instance, it was great to have them be quick in changing their mistake.

I love amazon, its services, and will use it for many years to come!
