Easy to find the product I was looking for. The price was about in line with other discount merchants and the shipping was free and fast. Have bought items from buy.com many times in the past and will do so again in the future.

I have used Buy.com to purchase all sorts of items, mostly electronics, and I have found them to consistently be the best-priced, as well as free shipping on most of the items, this makes them unbeatable in my book, I look forward to making many more purchases with Buy.com in the future.

I found the site easy to use though I was dismayed at the fact that though I was eligible for free shipping due to the cost of the 2 most expensive items, since I bought another less expensive item not eligible, the whole order was charged shipping. Next time, I will simply buy the less expensive item somewhere else.

For this item, they had the cheapest price
and I was surprised at the speed of delivery.
I expected it to arrive in 7 days but it
came on the second day. The following day
I went to order another item.

Items arrived as expected using free shipment. Shipment was split. One batch arrived earlier than expected, the other later than expected. Tracking never worked (though it may have been USPS, not buy.com).
Overall, very good experience.

I enjoy shopping at Buy.com and have always received excellent service. I do wish that their "Free Shipping" offer included pre-ordered items. Since it doesn't, I often have to wait until the item comes into stock or is released before I purchase it.
