I ordered a car stereo from them, although it was more expensive buying from them than other stores, I decided to buy from them since I heard their service was one of the best, but little did I know that I never had a bigger problem before than with crutchfield! I ordered a stereo advertised with free shipping and that it was going to be shipped to arrive to my house by 3 days. Well, 4 days went by after I ordered using my credit card, and still no item! I decided to call them, and they told me that all the information was correct, except my phone number did not match the phone number my bank had! I had no Idea why it didn't match since I still had the same number, but what really angers me was that crutchfield never notified me about it, and I was waiting for the item for over 4 days while the item was still sitting on their warehouse, they had not even yet shipped it!!! And to top it off, they were calling my family members to their house when they had nothing to do with the order instead of calling me!!!! My family members were angry because they don't want to be bothered about things they don't know what it is about!!!! After numerous calls to their customer support I will never buy from crutchfield again!!!
