The bottom line: Crutchfield.com can save you time, money and frustration. I used it in the past and will use it again.
I have purchased several items from Crutchfield in the last couple of years and would definitely recommend it for reliable service, good customer support and competitive (sometimes) prices.

They also allowed me to return an item (Panasonic PV-VS4821 S-VHS-ET VCR) which worked fine with no questions asked and they even paid for return shipping!
