Crutchfield has been around for a long time, and despite the fact that their prices are usually higher than the competition, I find myself buying from them again and again.

Expertise
Crutchfield's advisors are VERY knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. If you're not sure what you want, just tell them your requirements and they will provide you with products to consider. Not only do they tell you what products, but they also tell you WHY you should consider them. For example, I once was shopping for a receiver for my car, but I didn't know which one I should buy, or whether I should have spent more money on company-X instead of company-Y. The Crutchfield advisor that I spoke with gave me a recommendation for my car, and told me that unless I had money to burn to go with the less expensive brand because it was only missing one feature anyway! A lot of other stores would have nudged me to the higher-priced model, but I was very impressed with Crutchfield's advice.

Selection
Crutchfield has not only an enormous selection, but they also have a powerful search engine to help you find what you want. Their vehicle database is first-class, and will provide you with a listing of items that will fit YOUR vehicle. And when you order, you will receive all of the necessary wires and instructions to install it yourself. This not only saves time, but it also saves you money.

Order Accuracy and Delivery
Crutchfield has never failed me on an order. I have ordered things from them ranging from car speakers to home theater equipment. Their shipping charges are exceptionally low (even on large items), and their items are delivered usually within a week (via the US Postal Service).

Customer Service
Cruthfield has excellent Customer Service. As I stated above, their advisors are very knowledgeable. I have also contacted Customer Service to ask for the status of my order and the representative was very cordial and professional.

Overall Satisfaction
Needless to say, I am beyond impressed with Crutchfield. I have no negative things to say about them, and I will certainly buy from them in the future!
