The purchase is backordered from the manufacturer which crutchfield disclosed before I ordered the product. I have always had excellent service from crutchfield. Any future electronics purchases I intend to make will be through crutchfield.

I have been a customer of Crutchfield for over 25 years. My first purchase was an 8-track tape deck for my car! I have always been pleased with their product selection and help when needed. I will continue to use them in the future when needed.

The advisor I had was very knowledgeable, but where the rubber meets the road, i.e., to make the product work, I am entirely on my own, so a little help that way would have been great. This kind of problem would not have come up if I had bought the product from a bona-fide store like Best Buy. Still I feel better with Crutchfields, should I have any major problems with my set, I feel they will stand behind, and that is peace of mind.
