Customer service was outstanding. The carrier lost the shipment temporarily (showed as arriving at an intermediate location for several days and never departing). Due to it being a couple of days past the expected arrival date. I contacted Crutchfield by phone to alert them of the shipment's disappearance. Since it was getting close to Christmas and the trace would take more than a week, Crutchfield immediately re-shipped the order via next day air at no additional charge. Both shipments ended showing up, but Crutchfield's willingness to replace the original shipment without question was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use them again.

I was told by technical support that my project would be simple for the installation and it was not. I was very angry and talked to a supervisor in customer service. Not only was he curteous but he had Crutchfield pay for the installation at a garage near me. Not only that, but he was very honest and forthcoming about his opinion of the situation and said that the people in technical support would be spoken to. I am now a very happy customer and have had no problems with the speaker. I would definitely buy from them again.

JR helped me at the customer service level and was simply fantastic. He helped me find what I really needed, put it all together, and kept me updated on the progress of the oder. When I made a typo in the billing address, he called me and explained to me the problem, and helped me take steps to fix it. I couldn't be happier with JR. He really made this buying expeience painless, despite my mistakes in the orderform.

I've been a Crutchfield customer for years. I've never been let down or disappointed. Their service is top notch, second to none and I do quite a bit of "on line" shopping. If it is Audio / Visual equipment, for home or car, you can't go wrong with Crutchfield. You may find cheaper prices, but, quality is not free and their prices are much better than some lesser quality merchants.

Everything with the purchae and order was great! The shipment was delivered on time, but UPS failed to deliver one of the boxes. They delivered it two business days later and the box was very beat up and the speaker was a slightly damaged. Not sure how Crutchfield will deal with this yet...
