Great price, but I had to figure out what company the tracking number belonged to.
Full review The order came in five days (but that includes a weekend). The annoying part is that Databazaar does not tell their customers what delivery company they use. They give you a tracking number along with a list of five or six different companies. The customer is supposed to go to the shipment tracking website of each company, enter the tracking number and see if that company has a shipment with that tracking number. VERY annoying! How hard would it be to tell the customer (in the same e-mail that contains the tracking number) what company their order has shipped through? The Invoice doesn't even state who the shipper was, but it does state the tracking number. They shipped it to me through USPS. Another thing, USPS had a little confusing term "Shipment Accepted". For about one full day while I was tracking my shipment, my tracking number finally yielded some information. The USPS said "Shipment Accepted". I was a little worried that my shipment went to the wrong address. Who accepted my shipment? The USPS website had no other information or clarification as to who accepted the shipment. USPS should use more logical terms or at least allow the user to get the definition of such terms. When the package came, part of the ink cartridge box was smashed up. Fortunately, the ink cartridges prevented further smashing. However, that left me wondering if the ink cartridges themselves were cracked or otherwise damaged. I've already installed the one (of the three) that appeared the most damaged, and it seems to be OK. Buying these cartridges for less than half of full retail made all these little inconveniences worth it. |
