Amazing selection, and even better customer service. I've been very happy with the products I received, the customer service is also top notch. They made a mistake, quickly corrected it, and offered me numerous upgrades. One of the things I like are the many online coupons, Dell honors them despite them being expired and it'll save you a ton of money. The sales reps are also American, which makes them easy to understand. I like their return policy, I had an issue with my laptop and they swapped it out no problem, free shipping and everything. It was easy and painless. One criticism I have is that they use DHL to ship their laptops-- DHL is the WORST shipping service in the business. I wish they had a FedEx or UPs option. I would GLADLY fork over a bit more money to get my items on time and intact. Overall, I love their store and it's a better value buying direct rather than going to stores like Best Buy, Comp USA, etc.

Dell is a great company, better than HP, and I highly recommend them. I am very satisfied and would do business with them again. In fact, I'm buying a laptop for my mother from them.
