Terrible service, horrible quality

We purchased a Christmas tree after christmas. We did get a good deal on the tree, but when we went to put it up, the WIRES WERE CUT! this was a fire hazard, not to mention frustrating because we had spent hours checking bulbs before we discovered the cut wires. Three strands were out, and customer service was rude, and not at all helpful. They did not care that they were losing me as a customer, and didn't seem concerned that our house could have burnt down, or that we could have been shocked. I would not shop here again, and don't recommend their Christmas trees to anyone!!!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frontgate/Grandinroad customer service in one word ---------------------INCOMPETENT.

I ordered drape rods and finials. They sent the incorrect items. It took me 4 phone calls to receive my credit and finally receive the correct items. No response from emails.
<br>
Before this order was delivered I placed a second order for counter stools. After 4 months of waiting I searched the website and the stools were not to be found.I sent an email to ask whether or not they would fulfill my order.'Oh,', they said,'your order was cancelled last week'.
<br>
They never notified me. It took me many emails to have a gift certificate that I used against this order to be re-issued because it had expired during the time I placed the order.

They have no idea what they are doing. Keep your sanity and shop online elsewhere.
