Before ordering, I called the phone number on the website and got through right away. We confirmed that the item was in stock and ready to ship. My order was shipped within hours of when I placed it online and was delivered in perfect condition two days later. They have the best price on the net and great service to boot. I wouldn't hesitate about ordering from this company again.

This company low balls prices and usually comes up as the lowest price, but beware, if you are having trouble with the product need to return or need support, they are useless. Pay a few dollars more and buy from a site that can support the products they sell and has a fair return policy. They provide incorrect information about products because they do not know anything about them and how they are supposed to work or what additional cables and accessories are needed.

Any company can sell products but to provide support and service of the products you sell you have to make and investment in time and resources which Gemini does not do. Purchase at your own risk.

I ordered a receipt printer from Gemini and requested overnight shipping. It was listed as "in stock" on their website. I received an email from "Itai" stating that it was on backorder for 1 week. A week later, I called and spoke to "Eddie" who informed me of the following:

1. It was still on backorder.
2. It would ship directly from the manufacturer (translation: it would NEVER be "in stock!")
3. It could only ship via ground.
4. My credit card would be charged immediately, even though the item was on backorder.

The item is STILL LISTED on their website as "In stock." I cancelled the order. 'Nuff said.

Having never ordered from GeminiComputers before, I was a little hesitant about using them even though their price was lower than the online competitor I normally use. But the items we ordered from GeminiComputers were delivered quickly at a great low price! I plan on using them again in the future.

I recently bought a Corel Draw11 software from GeminiComputers.com. I was very pleased with their overall service. I called them to make sure the item was in stock and the customer service was very helpful. They did not try to upsell me which I really appreciated.

After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a confirmation email with estimated shipping date and the price charged to my credit card. When the item shipped, I received another email confirming the shipping.

My software program arrived on time. Haven't had the chance to use it yet, but I am sure I'll enjoy it.
