Ordered QuickBooks Pro 5.0 for Mac for incredible price, much below other retailers. Paid for Next Day Air. Product has not arrived. Customers service stated someone would call, no one did. Called again and customer service rep. was short tempered and stated someone would call. Day 3 and still no product and no customer support.
