I love Andrew Lessman's products. I do not love HSN. I received 5 out of 6 items ordered via UPS. I was just told by HSN that although I was given a choice and did choose UPS as the delivery method that the "warehouse" can change that choice at any time and do not have to give a reason. I am disabled and UPS delivers to my front door. For some unknown reason HSN chose to send 1 of 6 items via U.S. mail. I now have to go to the post office and pick it up myself. I have to walk with a "walker" and the post office is very difficult for me - which is why I specifically chose UPS. Why does HSN misrepresent that I have a choice when even their own customer service tells me that I do not? I am not happy.

I have purchased many products from HSN over the years. Now when I order online I do not receive order confirmations or shipping confirmations. I have changed nothing on my computer, have not blocked such replys but customer service says that it is something that I am doing. I will not order from HSN until someone figures this problem out. When I order from other companies I have no such problem. I regret this and won't even be able to watch HSN on Tv because I don't want to see something I want and not be able to order it on my computer. Sorry

I have shopped there for 20 years and spent a ton of money and they refused my order based on an acct over 20 years old they are trying to make me pay for the same item twice so now they will not let me order anymore they have messed these accts up 3 times now and as much as I spend you would think they would want me as a customer but no they are idiots

IMO HSN has gone downhill. The new HSN.com site is horrible. All over the place and you eliminated the BB community boards. Mainly all of my purchases were made via talking with others on the community boards. Don't want to be involved in any kind of blogs. They boards were a marketing tool which no longer exists for me as a consumer. My future shopping with HSN is questionable. The boards were also shut down without any regard for consumers. HSN also now has a vendor threatening consumers and reaking havoc. Not necessarily comfortable with you having my personal information on file for this vendor to use for his purposes. Telephone orders have also changed. Having to make vocal announcements doesn't work for me as a consumer. Wish you all the best.

i HAVE ALWAYS LOVED HSN, BUT I DON'T CARE FOR THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE. IT IS LESS USER-FRIENDLY AND FRUSTRATING TO NAVAGATE. I HAVE RECEIVED DOUBLE ORDERS ON THE SAME ITEMS (THREE OR FOUR TIMES). THEY SAY THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT MY CABLE COMPANY FOR THE PROGRAM TO PROPERLY WORK. FOR EXAMPLE, I USED TO SHOP USING THE HIGH TO LOW/LOW TO HIGH ARROW AND THAT WON'T WORK ANY MORE. I'M FRUSTRATED.

They don't stand behind their products

HSN don't really stand behind their products. I bought Ultrex II pans, and the lids fell apart in the first year. When I called HSN, I was told they had nothing to do with it...call the manufacturer. I eventually got through to the manufacturer, after weeks of trying and was told the lids aren't warrantied, only the finish on the pans. This made the pan tough to use, since I now didn't have a lid to fit it. I would use it for soups and stews after that, mainly just to warm things up. About a year after that, the finish started sloughing off. I contacted the manufacturer again, and was told where to mail the pan for replacement. After about 3 mos. I received the lid back, unrepaired, and about a month after that I received a new pan which was nothing like the one I sent back. HSN has poor products, and then blames the manufacturer if you have a problem. They should stand behind what they sell.

My mother had been a loyal customer of both HSN and QVC. Unfortunately my mother recently passed away so we had to cancel her accounts at both of these stores as well as other store accounts. Every store account, including QVC, handled the cancellation quickly over the phone making things as easy as possible for us. However, HSN did NOT make this process easy for us. We had to either send a notarized death certificate (which costs us money to order) or write a letter and have that notarized (we opted for the latter, which was still a pain). I would like to have been able to concentrate on the death of my mother and grieving instead of running around writing letters and trying to find someone to notarize them. If I ever need to shop at a store again, I will first look to QVC and never to HSN.

I am very unhappy with HSN.com. They canceled my order without letting me know about it, plus when I sent out an email with a question to customer service instead of answering my question I have got a response - "call to customer service"!!! Why would you have an email service in the first place if you have to call anyway??! Plus they have a strange problem with their public information database, which they receive from God knows where and it gets updated only ones a month. So if you have recently moved and want to make an order at this website it does not matter what information you enter when you make an order because HSN.com has already an old public record on you, even if you have never made an order before! So your order might get screwed up because of their old records on you and those records get updated only ones a month. Isn't it strange and stupid?

Home Shopping Network: Don't go there!!!

Ordered Bravetti Microwave convection oven on 2/12/06. Used it as microwave for a couple of days and then the turntable died. Using it with an inoperable turntable resulted in food burned in one section. According to the carton the oven weighs 25.2 kgs. Believe me, it is heavy and I needed help removing it from the carton. I called customer service(?) on 2/24 and explained that I am unable to lift the oven and asked if they would arrange to have UPS pick it up. I was told that it would take 10-12 days. On 3/2, having heard nothing, I called again, this time to a Judy and was told that it would be picked up by the next week. I assumed that this would be true since in the reviews on the HSN site, I saw many reviews detailing the same complaint I had; also 2 reviews in which the customer thanked HSN for agreeing to have UPS pick up their packages. Today, 3/7, I received a card from HSN advising me to drop the return in a mailbox or bring it to the postoffice. Is HSN lying to me and to the other customers?

1 month and still waiting on a part that was short shipped

FRUSTRATING, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERED A PART FOR ME FROM THEIR VENDOR FOR A PART THAT WAS MISSING ON MY CARDIO CRUISER. THE 1ST CS REP TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS, THE SECOND TIME I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 10-15 DAYS AND THE THIRD TIME I WAS TOLD IT TAKES 2-3 WEEKS. IT'S BEEN A MONTH AND STILL NO PART. CUSTOMER SERVICE APOLOGIZES BUT SAYS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR VENDORS. ALSO THEY SAY THEIR VENDOR HAS NO WAY OF TRACKING THE ORDER. I ASKED WHY WOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO WON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY, WE WILL REQUEST AGAIN, I SAVED ABOUT $50 ON THE $250 ARTICLE BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. IF QVC HAD THIS ITEM I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT FROM THEM ANYWAY. QVC HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had so many problems here I wouldn't have time to list them all. Orders incomplete, wrong items received, items never delivered, things broken, credit cards held hostage for over a month, phone calls asking about orders placed months ago. A family member who is on my card was denied a purchase because 2 people can't use the same card. It goes on and on... I can't recommend it as a pleasant experience. I have finally learned my lesson. No more.

Terrible service! Everything was fine until I tried to get my product fixed on their no questions asked- 100% coverage Protection Plan. Turns out 100% parts and labor doesn't include the rechargeable battery that came with my product (Roomba). The battery died, so the product is dead, and they could care less...

Worst experience I ever had.

HORRIBLE! I was told shipment was in process and will be delivered around 12/11. On 12/12, I was told it has not been processed and no guarantee for Xmas. In fact, no way for Xmas. The supervisor says I cannot cancel my order unless it is within 24 hours of ordering. So, no ship date, no idea of ship date and no cancellations. Unbelievable...Upon looking at their website, there are no instructions to cancel an order. I will tell everyone I know that they are a scam! You've been warned!

No refund on faulty products after 30 days. Rip Off!

I bought a pair of Bandalino boots from HSN, Two months later the stitching unraveled on one boot. Bandalino is a reputable brand, so I reckoned HSN would sort it out. No such luck. They are refusing to replace the boots or issue a refund because the 30 day return period has expired. This applies whether the product is faulty or not! I will have to contact Bandalino directly. I have never ever before encountered a retailer who would not replace a faulty product.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company. They sent me the wrong product and spent hours on the phone basically telling me that they could do nothing about it. I have never written a review about anything and I seriously want to call the better business bureau about this company. They screwed up on my order and I could prove it. I told a customer service rep about my problem and they literally fixed the mistake on the website and then told me they couldn't help.

Never trust them since they sell Innova products (Ultrex) which is a company that has recalled exploding fry pans and other products that frequently break, malfunction and Innova doesn't honor their warranties. HSN could care less about doing business with such a partner.

TERRIBLE! THEY SOLD ME A LEMON!

I spent $370.00 on a Fuji Camera that lasted one month. When I called, customer service said that I was out of the 30 days and would have to contact Fuji directly (32 exactly) Fuji has had the part on backorder for 2 months. HSN refused to exchange the camera and did not stand by the product after one month. I thought that customers mattered.

I would expect that a MULTI-MILLION dollar company would stand by their products and try to assist the consumer in any way they could. I was not permitted to talk to anyone other than the customer service reps supervisor who advised me that she was the highest level person that I could talk to and to call Fuji again. DO NOT BUY FROM HSN!!!!! MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NEVER AGAIN.

In the weeks following my purchase of a $370.00 camera, I have had to photograph my vacation and 7 year olds birthday with a disposable camera. They don't care. All I wanted was a camera to record my memories and instead I got a lemon and hours of frustration trying to make it right.

Twice I bought something from HSN and sent a check. The first time, I never received the item, and when I called customer service, I found that they had cancelled my order on their own. I requested a refund and did receive it, but I had wanted the merchandise (that's why I ordered it in the first place). The second time, I ordered, sent a check and same thing. I called after four weeks and found that they had cancelled the order because they hadn't received the check. The representative looked a little further on my account and saw that the check DID get there, but had been sent to the wrong department after arrival. They had had the check for weeks and just realized it. I did get the merchandise about a week later. I won't buy from HSN again, I have always shopped at QVC and been more than pleased. HSN needs to get their act together, QVC has it all over them.

Customer Service at HSN is sorely lacking. Customer Service supervisors are rude and not at all professional. Even when presented with clear evidence of error on their part, HSN will not take responsibility. It takes many, many phone calls to get any errors made by HSN corrected, if they are corrected at all. Promises made by HSN are not kept. They seem to forget that customers ARE their business. I will be contacting HSN corporate, but do not expect to get any further than I did with customer service.

HSN IS DISGRACEFULLY UNCONSCIONABLE!My son is going through CHEMO.I had ordered a pricey beadspread,pillows and window treatments. i did not have the time to open the order immediately ( was traveling back and forth from NJ to TN )A few weeks later when I opened the box I found that the window treatment was the wrong color.I called HSN and was told not to worry"just send it back" I sent the window treatment back and I was just informed by automated message that they had REJECTED my return!When I called HSN and explained my situation to supervisor"DIANA" I was treated with great indifference.The woman is heartless!Now,I have $150.00 invested in a window treatment that matches nothing and is totally useless to me.I have experienced alot of aggravation that I don't need during this stressful time and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HSN AGAIN! Apparently they do not give a darn about having decent customer relations.HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
