I ordered a Transcend 1GB JetFlash flash drive on Sunday evening. Monday was a holiday. The drive was shipped on Monday, and I received it Wednesday. Well packed, on time, for the agreed price. I found a coupon on line which slightly more than paid for the shipping. Interestingly, 2nd day air was cheaper than ground.

I have written several reviews on goods and services for Epinions over the past few years.

I have used Meritline for several purchases over the past several months as a supplier for my video editing business. I have encountered no serious problems. The only snafu was 3 of the 100 slim jewel cases I rec'd were broken one time, but that is not a deal-breaker. Besides, Meritline offered me credit for the damage.

I have ordered bulk DVD and CD media, bulk cases, a burner, and ink jet cartridges. I've spent probably over a $1000 or more by now on about 8 different transactions. I live in southern California (where Meritline is located) and my orders via credit card are always received within a few business days.

I have found Meritline to be dependable with a great selection, competitive prices, and fast service. One time, an item was back-ordered, but they notified me of the delay almost immediately.

My advice: ONLY ORDER NAME BRAND QUALITY MEDIA AND SUPPLIES. I have experimented with off-brands. You definitely get what you pay for.

Be clear when listing items if they are boxed or not. The listing did not clearly indicate that the item was not in the box or other packaging. Item arrived in good condition and works well, just was surprised that it wasn't boxed.

I placed an order which was agreed as free ground shipping, but I chose 2nd day air. It would cost me at least $30, and in the next day, I received an e-mail from Meritline customer serviec, informing me the shipping fee. So I changed the shipping method and saved my money certianly.
