I spent two months researching what to buy for a home theatre system and who to go through. After a referral from a friend I went to onecall.com. I admit after reading many reviews I was a bit nervous; however, I ended up having a wonderful experience. I ordered an Onkyo receiver and Harmon Kardon speakers and received them two days later. My credit card was only charged once and I even received a call from onecall about 2 weeks after the shipment arrived to make sure I was happy with the purchase. All and all a great experience and I will use them again.
