Website is easy to navigate and had no problems with delivery.

Bought watch for my husband 2 years ago and had it engraved with his name (for example John D. Doe). The watch was supposed to be waterproof. It stopped working so we took it to get the battery changed. Was told there was water-damaged and could not be repaired. The watch has not been been worn in the water at all.

Orvis replaced but did not engrave (however billing had as engraved with completely the wrong name on it). Called to complain because they had told me they would engrave it and was told they would send another that was engraved. After a few days, got call saying it could not be engraved because they changed the backing plate on the watch now and new plate was unengravable.

Also had to have wallet returned because stitching was coming out after a few months and hardly any use. The items look nice, but really do not hold up. However, their replacement policy is great (will replace/refund if you are EVER unhappy with item - no time limit).
