Customer Service quickly addressed an issue I had with the shipping cost, in a manor I found satisfactory. Shipping was prompt, and the item was adequately packed to prevent damage in shipment.

I know now that the advertisement had a pricing error, much in my favor. I suspected as much, and was a little surprised that the customer service rep didn't just say sorry, that is in error and we can't ... but he didn't, and I'm happy. He asked how many I wanted ... I was 99% sure I could get more and make good money on eBay, but that would be adding insult to injury. Great dealing, Ritz!

Shopping on-line with Ritz was great. The cost information was accurate and fair. I was kept up to date on the shipping and I was upgraded to a 2 day delivery for free after Ritz missed sending out the first day.

service was excellent. questions were answered quickly. printer arrived sooner than expected. my only problem was with manufacturer. there should have been a printed hardcopy of instruction manual. i do not read pictures well and seeing an instruction manual in printed english would have been better and less confusing. RitzCamera did an excellent job!

My experience at RitzCamara.Com was very good for me, because I am an old lady, with artritis in my knees, and is very dificult to me walk to the store to buy the item I want, so for me shoping online at RitzCamara.com has been so easy, fast and secure.

RitzCmera did an excellent job, the only problem I had was with shipping and Ritz corrected shipping charges as soon as they discovered my order was delayed with out my needing to contact them. I am very favorably impresed with their operation.

Delivery speed and order accuracy were fine; customer service was terrible. I received a defective (broken) item from them. Customer service took forever and I had the feeling that they were trying to make the fact that it arrived broken my fault so they would not have to issue a refund. I requested that I wanted an exchange, and they said they couldn't exchange because it was purchased online. Does this make any sense? Also, I won't know for 3-5 days if I will indeed be able to get a refund. They have to get approval and then send a Return Authorization. So, I'm at their mercy until then. At least I could dispute charges with my credit card company. AVOID RITZCAMERA.COM!!!

The day after I placed my order, I was surprised to find an email that stated I had to call in and confirm the order I had just placed for security purposes. Had I not randomly checked my email, I would not have known to call in to confirm my order because this was not made clear when you order. After receiving the initial email, I immediately called in to confirm my order #, telephone number, billing address and shipping address. The merchant confirmed that the order would be shipped. Several days later, I checked my email, and I had 2 additional emails to call and confirm my order...again. I immediately called and confirmed my order #, telephone number, billing address and shipping address. The merchant apologized and stated that the items were shipped out. A week after my intial order, I checked my email and once again found that I had 2 additional emails to call and confirm my order...which I did for the THIRD TIME. This time the merchant said that they did not have my complete telephone number, despite the fact that I had confirmed it every time I called in. Then the merchant said that I had to call American Express to approve my order. After speaking with American Express and the AE Credit Fraud Dept., they said that Ritz Camera did not submit the proper order information to process the Order, but said that they would take care of everything directly with Ritz...and stated that the order would be approved. ...two days later, I received another email from Ritz to call and confirm my order. When I called for the 4th time, the merchant stated that one of the two parts to my package would be shipped out that day, and the 2nd part would be shipped out the follwong day. The order confirmation/security check system that Ritz has in place actually delayed my order for 1 1/2 weeks and caused more trouble with my Credit Card Company. I ordered a video camera the same day as I ordered my D60 from Ritz, and received it almosta 1 1/2 earlier. It probably would help if Ritz's security check system was not farmed out to a calling room in another country that has no idea what is going on with the orders in the states. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ritz's Online store again. Thank you

The company uses a "bate and switch" You order an item and they call and try sell other additional items. Complete honesty is not the high point of the sale. more profit for over priced merchandise is.

We received an email on May 27 asking for us to call RitzCamera to confirm our purchase. We called on May 28. Since then, we have received no information from Ritz, so we don't know yet what time to expect the arrival of our order. Our order # is 2063473.

I chose to call in my order & ask for some advice/ guidance. The sales person, Barry, did an excellent job of giving guidance & taking my order. Would hope to get him again should I call in for a future order. The Web site was well organized & provided plenty of information about the Nikon D40 & all the accessories. The "No Sales Tax or Shipping Charge" policy was a big factor in buying from RitzCamera.com. A very satisfying experience. JR
