Every time I have ordered through Target, it's been a pretty good experience. The order comes roughly on time. And you are able to track packages when signing into your acct. Free shipping is offered on certain items, which is nice when the store doesn't have it in stock or is only offered online. I haven't had the opportunity to interact with customer service because the orders are done efficiently. In my opinion, a trustworthy website thus far. <br>

Honestly compared to other major department stores, like Nordstorms, I can't say Target is not up there. It's not amazing, but if I were to be asked to either shop at Wallmart, or Target, who do you think I would choose? Wallmart, No silly, Target. Great value, ease of clean stores, easy navigation, friendly workers for the most part, and unlike Wallmart, a bit more educated.

I have been very pleased and pleasantly surprised with the online purchases I have made at Target.com. The variety offered surprised me, and the service they offer turned out to be great! For example, The IPod I ordered as a Christmas gift was sold out everywhere, and somehow Target.com found one for me. I was able to talk to an individual directly who tracked it every step of the way until it came to my door on Christmas Eve. That impressive customer service has turned me into a loyal online customer!

A friend of mine sent me a $20 gift card to Target. We don't have one in my area, so i went online and the first thing i found was my cat fountain. Unfortunately, it was over $20, and i didn't have the cash to kick in the rest, so i had to wait. Before i could come up with the rest, she goes and sends me ANOTHER $20 gift card! So, i quick like a bunny get online and order the thing and lo and behold, it was at my doorstep within TWO days. TWO DAYS! i didn't even use express shipping or anything!. <br> Excellent. <br> Thanks, Target

I bought a couple of items on Target.com for my Brother-In-Law's wedding gift. The Wedding Registry was very easy to shop with. Both items (a blender and an indoor grill) were sent with Free shipping. They received the items in less than a week. Great on line Shopping experience!!!

The delivery speed was wonderful, just three days after I purchased my items they were right at my door. The order accuracy was a little off, and there was not any customer service that I knew of, but other than that I am incredibly satisfied. The ordering was easy and the items were clearly marked and photographed. I could see and understand what was purchased. I am very pleased with this site.

I've shopped at Target's online store about five times, and every time has been very easy and quick for me. There is an awesome selection of items available online, especially if you're looking for things that aren't available in stores. The shipping time is very quick, and the prices are quite good. They also have specials and discounts which are good incentives to shop online. I've always gotten exactly what I ordered, and it arrived in perfect condition and as it was represented and described on the website.

I found the very piece of furniture that I was looking for online at the Target website, and discovered that it was not available in any store but was only for purchase through the website. I love Target and have always found their services to be excellent, so I purchased it and was very satisfied with the entire transaction... no problems whatsoever. This is a rather large piece of furniture and it was delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition.

I recently had an online shopping experience that I have to tell everyone about! I ordered a lotion pump from target.com (95% of all non-grocery items are purchased online for me since I live on the Big Island in Hawaii and my shopping options are: Walmart or KMart or Costco. NOne of which are closer than 10 miles to me.) I find it easier to just order online. I digress... I ordered a lotion pump from Target and within a month it wasn't looking too pretty. I don't know if I just got a faulty one but it started corroding... it would have been silly for me to ship it back to them having already paid shipping to me, it would be fiscally wiser to say nothing. I emailed them and offered to email them photos of the corroding item... they emailed me back - within 4 hours!!! - that they would simply issue me a refund. Wow. I loved them before, now they have my loyalty too!

I would say the best online store by far.I have purchased a few items from target.com and I am very pleased. Setting up an acount with them took no time at all they e-mailed me all of my account info right away.My items have always been shipped out the next day.Target packages all of their items very nicely and in oversized boxes to prevent any damages that might occur during shipping.Their prices are hard to beat as well.very pleased you should look for something you need right now if you don't believe me.

After a terrible experience with walmart.com site-to-store, I ordered the same item from target.com (a kidcraft doll cradle). Although it was a little more expensive ($8), they offered free shipping (and I found a coupon code for 10% off online) and I actually received the item via UPS within two days! target.com did in two days what walmart.com couldn't do in four weeks. In addition, my target.com order was simple to place and took little to no effort on my part. Problems with my walmart.com order took up over 3 hours of my time. <br> <br> In addition, I found the customer service to be excellent. When I e-mailed walmart.com customer service for HELP, I waited over 3 days for a response. When I e-mailed target.com to thank them and let them know that they saved our Christmas, I received a custom response within 1 hour.

My entire shopping experience at Target.com has been excellent. I ordered two items on Tuesday night around 11:30pm and both were delivered by 10:00am on Friday. The delivery was even split. I will definitely shop at Target.com again!
