the experience was good until I got to the end of the order,and it told me that there were two orders(I only ordered one). I immediately sent an e-mail to your customer service informing of the problem. A day later I got an e-mail telling me not to worry that only one order was being shipped. Well, of course I received two orders for the same thing. I called customer service to inform them of the problem and how to ship the extra one back. This was an experience in itself as I was speaking to a person of Indian decent so you can imagine the barriers there. He told me he would send a shipping label to my e-mail the next day to use to ship the package back(after very much complaining by me). Well, the shipping label has yet to arrive, but I'm taking the box to the shipping office
this morning evev though I will probably have to pay the
shipping charges. I would hope that after you read these comments you would arrange foe me to be reimbursed for these charges. Getting the first package was good, but the rest was a "bummer".

Received item on time. The tracking was not accurate as it showed the item had not been mailed and I received it that day. Of course it is better to receive on time than the e-mail to state such. It just gave reason for concern.

Great product at a great price, delivery free and prompt. I accidentally cancelled my original order and when I called to correct MY error, the service was excellent and I was able to reorder on the spot. I will recommend WolfCamera to any one!!

It was perhaps the worst online shopping experience I've had.
After I filled in my order, the site told me the entire total cost and asked me to submit my order. I did. It showed a confirmation page, which I printed, showing that same total that I'd be charged.
Then I received a confirmation email, with a HIGHER total that I was being charged. No explanation for the higher price.
I called, spoke to someone named "Mark" in India, and was told "that's OK, because when we added it up, we came up with a higher total on our end." His site gave different numbers than the Wolfe site and original confirmation I had. He would not look at my confirmation, and said repeatedly that it was not a problem, that the higher price was fine.
I finally had to tell him that this was illegal before he'd do anything about it.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am letting them handle it.

I e-mailed wolf camera because my order showed that it was being shipped to my home address and e-mailed to the recipient. I didn't want the recipient to be e-mailed about this because it was a christmas present. I called many times and customer service kept saying they had e-mailed me the gift certificate. I never received it even after confirming my e-mail address. I will never go to this website again to purchase anything.

I ordered the product 2 day delivery. I ordered on Monday. It was shipped on Friday. I was told it was shipped FEDEX. I could not track it as the tracking number did not show up on their list. I received the package on Monday to discover it was shipped UPS.

I was able to find exactly what I needed at a good price. The merchandise was shipped the next day and it arrived the day after that. Everyting was there and intact. I emailed a question about a $50 gift card I was to receive with my order, and I received an answer promptly. I would definitely shop with wolf.com again!

Shipping was delayed and I missed the occasion for which I purchased the camera. I was talking to customer care daily on phone/chat. They told me that shipping is ready for 4 days repeatedly. But at last I got my merchandise after the occasion was past.
Good product and price but relatively poor customer service. No one is held accountable for the service.

I find the staff at all Wolf Locations that I have visited to be under trained and uncaring about any customer service needs. In particular the Colorado Blvd. store in Denver, CO has the most unconcerned manager I have ever met. Incapable of resolving service issues, Patty makes excuses on why her store is allowed to be sub par. I am a manager in customer service, I am embarrassed for Wolf Camera for having such a poor employee managing a store.
