Excellent on-line experience. We called customer service to order our range hood. Once they verified that they had it in stock, they shipped it and it arrived within one week.

Shipping was faster than expected. The range and refrigerator were delivered in to the house 6 days after placing the order. the price was among the best online and the rebates made it a sweet deal. I recommend them fully.

Will never order anything from these people. Shipping took way too long and after I called about the microwave, they lied about shipping it. Finally after threatening to cancel did they actually ship the item.

I had a very good experience with the store. I bought gas range and dishwasher. Good prices, good service. I called customer service instead of ordering on-line because I needed items to be delivered to the 3rd floor with no elevator. No problems - just additional 10 dollars for the 2nd stair case per item. The delivery manager contacted me a night before delivery, and gave me 2-hour window. On the day of delivery, the truck was running a little late, so I called the number I was given- they contacted the driver, and told me that the truck is running 10 minutes late. Not a big deal. The delivery guys brought both appliances upstairs, and even unpacked the stove.

Store provided highly competitive price, delivery speed and customer service. Our OTR microwave arrived on time but with broken plate (was packed near edge of box with no protection [bad design]) and with an electronic defect. AM Royal immediately arranged exchange with a new one that was perfect. Customer service had no phone menus that I detected, so I had to speak directly with always helpful staff. Delivery driver confirmed delivery the evening before, both times.

The one worry with internet shopping for me is 'what kind of support will I get if I should need it'. This is why I chose AM Royal, because others has reported good experience. In fact, I did have a problem but it was quickly resolved to my full satisfaction. I am very pleased to add my enthusiastic vote for this online vendor and expect to shop here again!

I will soon be ordering a Friedrich 4 zone mini split heating and cooling system. After reading the review posted by bw24 I have ruled out purchasing from A M Royal. Life is too short to be treated this rudely when you are trying to spend your money with their company.

The Range hood we ordered was damaged by ups. We called to report it right away. The Customer Service Representative took care of it right away and we received the new range hood within 4 days. Highly Recommended.

Customer service great until problems

Order confirmation and shipping was faster than expected. The problem we had was that the microwave we ordered was for a later installation (approx. 2 weeks) and when we removed it from the box it had concealed damage. Due to time constraints we had to install anyway, and the damage was on the bottom rear, so not quickly noticeable. I emailed them twice about the damage, no reply. I expect that I'll never get one either, but I would be perfectly willing to exchange units if I ever hear back from them.
