Awful company to deal with--after placing my on-line order I received a call stating they would have to charge me substantially more than their price on-line stated!!! I promptly canceled the order before they mailed the merchandise. However, they still charged my credit card and would not reverse the charge!!! I had to go through the credit card company to have the charge reversed.

HORRIBLE!! BizChair immediately billed my debit card for my order. No tracking number available for my order on their website 2 weeks later. When I called customer service I had a lengthy wait on hold only to have their agent tell me my order had not shipped. TWO WEEKS AFTER BizChair took my money they have still not shipped my order! The agent said this is standard policy at BizChair. Their website says you can ALWAYS find out the status of your order online. Not True... you have to call. The day after I spoke to this agent, 3 mysterious charges totalling more than $2500 appeared on my card. Probably just a coincidence, but other than BizChair, I hadn't used the card in months. Other complaints demonstrate a pattern of similar problems including a bait and switch scam - telling customers the price has gone up and if they still want their order they have to pay more. This is a very shady business. Run, don't walk, away from BizChair. My order finally arrived 3 weeks late.

My order was placed 6/12/08. I chose bizchair in order to receive 3-5 day shipping. I called to check my order status a week later, not good. I don't think the order was placed with the vendor. I was told it would ship the next week. Called to check status, not good again. After talking with the same persone 3 times in frustration I even attempted to find a local distributor without avail. So the order has remained in tact. I finally spoke with Donna, extremely positive, polite and helpful a definite asset. She blew away the other non-service unconcerned representative I had previously dealt with. Now I will be waiting another 3 weeks and hoping to receive my bedroom furniture while living out of bags. As a multiple business owner, good employees are hard to find. Kudos to Donna Richards!!! Sorry for the negative input but its important to know what/who needs fixing.

Unbelievable is the best word to describe Bizchair. <br> <br> I ordered two office chairs for $294.99 each. My credit card was charged, and I was told that the chairs would arrive in 7 to 10 days. When the chairs didn&#146t arrive I called customer service. They told me the price of the chairs went up to $385.99, and I needed to pay the difference. I explained that I already ordered the chairs, I was sent a receipt, the charge had already posted to my credit card, and the chairs should have already been delivered. <br> <br> The customer service agent told me they never shipped the chairs, and they wouldn&#146t ship them unless they receive $91.00 more per chair. What a scam!! This company is UNETHICAL. <br> <br> As of this posting date, Staples will match their prices. If you are seduced by Bizchairs low prices just call Staples, and have them match their price and avoid the dirty feeling of being scammed. <br>

BizChair.com had the product I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. My only criticism was that I had to call them to find out the progress of my order and get tracking information and they in turn, had to call the manufacturer. This tracking should have been part of the process.

I have been told 2 times that my order has been shipped and it hasn't. I did receive the table and it came damaged. I contacted them and they said that a new one would be shipped and that was a week ago. My first experience with Bizchair was excellent but this one makes me reconsider ordering again.

First, they charged my credit card the day I purchased the chair. I purchase a lot of items online and have never had anyone charge my card until the item is shipped. The website said they ship in 3 days and mine was not shipped for 5 days. A lady on the phone said it would be shipped out on a Tuesday and arrive on Friday. It did ship on Tuesday but did not arrive for a week.

Our biggest problem was putting the backs on the chairs. The printed install marks on the chair backs were usually not accurate so it required two people to properly put the chair together, since one had to be in the front to be sure it was aligned right. There was a contact problem but it was a holiday weekend and once I was in contact with someone, they were very quick to get things going and the chairs arrived much earlier than we expected.

We love the mirror we purchased for our granddaughter's bedroom at our house. She loves a mirror....loves to jump on the bed and chant and sing and smile and look at herself and she loves dressing up and of course you have to have a mirror for that!!!! She lives in anoter state and is coming to stay with us for a couple of weeks in about a month and we can't wait for her to see her re-decorated room. We know she will love the mirror!
