I placed the order for Coolpix P5100 through Calumet website on Sunday, December 2nd and received my camera at Friday, December 7th; ground UPS <br> It was some confusion related to order tracking caused mainly by UPS and lack of ability to track the order on Calumet website but customer support was very friendly and helpful. I&#146ll continue using this store myself and would highly recommend to everyone

Canon EF 500mm "L" series lens, priced at over $5,000 in the U.S. are finally mine - thanks to Calumet Photo! <br> Actually, I placed an order with their competitors first, but they were not able to ship me the item - but indeed kept my money for ELEVEN DAYS!!! <br> So, after getting my money back from the competitor's site, I decided to try Calumet Photo (thanks to positive feedback for this site). <br> And what a breeze! The item was shipped the same day as I payed for it and was delivered in 3 business days! And that's an international order! <br> The lens were very carefully packaged, the communication was very prompt and efficient - two thumbs up, Calumet ! <br> <br> Not only it was fast and efficient - this also saved me a lot of money, as I saved over $3,000 with this order, compared with the prices in local shops. <br>

Wow...really impressed with these folks. Located a hard-to-find digital camera at their San Diego store. Couldn't have dealt with more friendly, cooperative, and genuine glad-you're-our-customer type people. And, when you phone there, you get REAL people on the telephone without a 30 minute wait.

There are lots of low-life camera sellers on the internet ready to scam unsuspecting folks. This is not one of them. <br> <br> I have been buying from these folks for at least 20 years. They are knowlegeable, and trustworthy. <br> <br> If they cost a wee bit more, it's worth it because of the awesome customer service.
